House to Let ***During late June, all of July and August and for the first week in September SEA EDGE is available for let. ***The base rates for 2008 are as follows: - late June £846, July: £898-£924, August: £998-£906, September: £552 ***All bookings are handled by Cornish Traditional Cottages – their contact details follow. ***The beds are made up with extra linen in the airing cupboard but we do not supply towels ! ***The House will sleep six/eight persons in two doubles and a twin with a futon. All bedrooms are en suite. *** As you will see - we are just TEN yards from the beach!!!!	Bed and Breakfast ***We can accommodate you in either a double or a twin/family room, both en-suite and with stunning sea views. ***Honeymoon double four-poster bed with stunning sea views. ***Our prices start at £60 per room per night (for 2007/8). (£55prpn. for stays exceeding one night) Small supplement per child. ***We serve a full English breakfast, or continental if you prefer - between 0730 - 0930. ***House-trained animals are very welcome. ***Televisions and tea/coffee-making facilities in all bed rooms and lounge. ***Walkers are very welcome!!! Drying facilities. Packed lunches can be supplied. ***Early booking is recommended; a small deposit will secure your room.
